At work
Katie is responsible for overseeing our business processes to ensure consistency and quality in the client journey. She identifies where improvements can be made to guarantee maximum efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
Katie also keeps her finger on the pulse of new technological developments and regulatory updates, helping to embed these into our processes where relevant.
Outside of work
Katie is a keen runner; she’s completed many 10ks, half marathons, marathons and obstacle races both in the UK and abroad, with her next goal being an ultramarathon. When she doesn’t have her running shoes on, Katie loves trying new foods and enjoys cooking at home for friends and family.
