What is the New Model Adviser Top 100 list?

The New Model Adviser Top 100 list is compiled using a rigorous points system that is designed to identify firms offering true value to clients. To be included, firms must demonstrate a wide range of exemplary practices, including robust investment propositions, willingness to share best practice, client education and a strong contribution to professional standards.

The feedback we received

As part of the feedback, The Citywire team highlighted the following accomplishments from our work this year:

• Digitising the client onboarding and annual review process, including overhauling our website, client portal and creating a “Client Zone” to help educate and inform clients.
• Making giant strides in our sustainability initiatives, including harnessing technology to switch to a paperless office, and increasing the use of video meetings upon request.
• Taking onboard feedback from client surveys and introducing an online booking service so clients can easily arrange meetings with their adviser.
• Improving our level of engagement with independent online review sites; on VouchedFor we have an average score of 4.9 out of 5.
